The BC SPCA seized 162 rabbits from an Abbotsford home on May 26, but the man behind the operation says the animals were not in any danger and he is fighting to get them back. SPCA spokesperson Eileen Drever said the agency received a call from someone concerned about animals being “possibly in distress” at a home in a residential neighborhood in central Abbotsford.
