The BC SPCA seized 162 rabbits from an Abbotsford home on May 26, but the man behind the operation says the animals were not in any danger and he is fighting to get them back. SPCA spokesperson Eileen Drever said the agency received a call from someone concerned about animals being “possibly in distress” at a home in a residential neighborhood in central Abbotsford. The RSPCA has rescued more than 160 rabbits from one garage amid what it describes as a “rabbit crisis”. The owners, in Great Easton, Leicestershire, had started with just four rabbits but allowed them to breed out of control. Animal charities including the RSCPA say they are dealing with a huge influx in abandoned rabbits due to breeding and the cost-of-living crisis. NAGPUR: At a time when there is a demand to open up additional areas in the park for tourism, the National Tiger Conservation Authority (NTCA), a statutory body monitoring all tiger reserves, has directed tiger reserves to follow pre-designated routes only and there should be no change in safari routes. Good Samaritans save adorable pet bunny dumped on TTC subway tracks

This story about an abandoned pet bunny could have ended terrifyingly, but thankfully, a group of Toronto volunteers stepped up to save the adorable creature. Last Thursday, March 9, around 8:30 pm, a terrified bunny rabbit was spotted running around the tracks at Rosedale Station, narrowingly avoiding a subway train as it barreled down the tracks.
